Legala will first create the office account and send usernames and passwords to everyone who needs access.
You’ll need to create a SharePoint site for your Legala workspace and add all colleagues and relevant users as members.
Start by opening the App menu in the top left corner of Office365 and clicking “SharePoint.”

In the SharePoint interface, click the “+” button in the left-hand menu and select “Site.”

Choose “Team Site” and “Standard Team”, then name your new site as you prefer.
After the site is created, you’ll need to give access to all colleagues who will be using Legala.
To manage access:

💡 To allow Legala to access your Microsoft account, an admin consent must be given by someone with a Global Admin role in your Office365 organization.
If you’re not a Global Admin, contact your IT provider or someone who is, and ask them to give this consent.
